Full Depth Reclamation (FDR)
FDR with SoilCrete

Providing A Sustainable Solution to Road Rehabilitation
Full Depth Reclamation with SoilCrete is a process that recycles work out existing asphalt and reuses it as part of a new base material. The key ingrediant, SoilCrete, performs two functions. 1) It stabilizes the soil and 2) it bonds the reclaimed subbase soil, stone, and asphalt milling materials together creating a strong composite subbase. This can all be done with minimal labor and equipment. The complete recycling process can be finished in one day, and meanwhile traffic can be maintained throughout the construction. Builder's Concrete developed SoilCrete utilizing the technology of BASF Construction Chemicals.
Old asphalt and existing base material are pulverized, mixed with SoilCrete, and compacted to produce a durable and long-lasting base for a new surface which can consist of conventional or Roller Compacted Concrete(RCC), asphalt, or chip seal.
